Setup
Everyone sits in a circle. Deal one card face down to each player.
How to Play Screw Your Neighbor
- Everyone gets one card face down
- Look at your card secretly
- Starting left of dealer, choose to keep or trade with neighbor
- Neighbor must trade unless they have a King (blocks)
- Dealer can trade with the deck
- Everyone reveals - lowest card drinks
- King is highest, Ace is lowest
- Ties split the drinks
Tips & Strategies
Middle cards (7-9) are deceptively safe. Watch who seems confident to guess their cards.
Variations
Double Screw: Play with 2 cards each. Blind Screw: No looking before deciding.
