How to Play Presidents Drinking

1. Deal entire deck evenly
2. Play higher cards than previous (can pass)
3. 2s are highest, 3s lowest
4. First out = President, last = Scum
5. President assigns drinks freely
6. Scum gives best cards to President
7. Vice President trades with Vice Scum
8. Play multiple rounds, ranks persist
