Setup

3 cards each. Rest is draw pile.

How to Play Scat

1. Each player starts with 3 lives
2. Deal 3 cards to each player
3. Draw from deck or discard
4. Build highest hand in one suit (max 31)
5. Knock when satisfied
6. Lowest hand after knock loses a life
7. Lose a life = drink 1
8. Out of lives = eliminated (finish drink)

Tips & Strategies

Don't knock too early. A good 27+ usually beats the table.

Variations

Speed Scat: 30-second turns. Blitz: 31 in hand = instant win.
