How to Play Over Under

1. Players bet over 7, under 7, or exactly 7
2. Roll two dice
3. Over 7: Under bettors drink
4. Under 7: Over bettors drink
5. Exactly 7: Over AND under bettors drink 2
6. Called 7 correctly: Assign 3 drinks
7. Rotate roller each round
8. 5 wrong calls = finish drink
