1. Someone asks another: Truth or Dare?
2. They choose, then get a question or challenge
3. Complete it or drink
4. Drinking is a free pass but counts as a point
5. 3 drinks = must do next truth/dare no matter what
6. Truths should be answerable
7. Dares should be possible in the space
8. No illegal or dangerous dares
