Setup

Remove one Queen. Deal remaining cards evenly.

How to Play Old Maid Drinking

1. Remove one Queen (leaving odd Queen)
2. Deal all cards evenly
3. Remove and set aside any pairs
4. Take turns drawing from player on left
5. Set aside new pairs as you get them
6. Continue until only Old Maid remains
7. Stuck with Old Maid = chug your drink
8. Each pair you made = assign 1 drink

Shuffle your cards before offering them. Don't make the Old Maid obvious.
