How to Play Mexico

1. Everyone starts with 3 lives
2. First player rolls and sets the target
3. Next player must beat that roll
4. Roll = combine dice as two-digit number (3-1 = 31)
5. Mexico (2-1) is highest = instant win
6. Failed beat = lose a life
7. Lose all lives = finish your drink
8. Winner of round gives out drinks = lives remaining
