How to Play Beat the Barman
- Barman holds bottle ready to pour
- Player starts rolling two dice
- Barman pours until player rolls doubles
- Player drinks however much was poured
- Rotate barman each round
- Roll doubles quickly = drink less
- Slow roller = drink more
- Overflow = bonus penalty drink
