1. Two players face off
2. Conversation must be only questions
3. Make a statement = drink and out
4. Hesitate too long = drink and out
5. Repeat a question = drink and out
6. Winner stays, new challenger
7. 3 wins in a row = assign 5 drinks
8. Can't use 'What?' alone
