Flip Cup - Drinking Game Rules & How to Play

Flip Cup is a drinking game in the Beer Games category for 4-20 players that takes about 10-20 min with a easy difficulty level.

Race to drink and flip your cups before the other team

Equipment Needed

• Plastic cups
• Beer or drinks
• Table

Setup

Teams line up on opposite sides of a table. Each player has a cup with a small amount of beer.

How to Play Flip Cup

1. Both teams line up facing each other.
2. First players toast and start drinking on "Go!"
3. After chugging, place cup right-side up on table edge.
4. Use fingers to flip cup upside down.
5. Once flipped, next teammate goes.
6. First team to finish all flips wins!

Tips & Strategies

Don't use too much beer - you need to drink fast! Find your ideal cup position for consistent flips.

Variations

Survivor Flip Cup (losers eliminate a player each round), Reverse Flip Cup (flip right-side up), Relay variations.
